What Order Information is required?
To avoid production and delivery delays please ensure your order is complete. To begin production, Corporate Promotional Products & Gifts requires all of the following:

- Confirmed Ship-to Address

- Approved Paper Proof or Product Proof
After I place my order, what happens?
After placing your order you will receive a phone call or e-mail confirming your order. You will also be instructed on how to send, Corporate Promotional Products & Gifts your artwork. Once your artwork is received and our production department has set-up your proof you will receive an e-mail containing your Order Confirmation and Virtual Art Proof. You must approve your order and artwork before we begin production. If we have any questions or need any other information from you, we will contact you immediately. How will my order be shipped?

In what format should I provide logos, colours and designs?
While we prefer vector art, we are capable of working with almost any file type. Electronic artwork files can submitted in the following file formats: .pdf, .ai, .eps, .cdr, .doc, .ppt, .pub, .jpg, .tif, .pcx, .gif, .png, .bmp.
How should I submit artwork and image files?
Corporate Promotional Products & Gifts’ graphic designers and printing and embroidery experts will help you with your artwork. If final artwork is not available, this will cause some delay in shipping your order since we cannot start printing until we have final approval.
