Our preferred carrier is UPS ground transport. Orders are shipped via: UPS PREPAID and billed on the Invoice unless specified on the purchase order (CPP is not responsible for late deliveries by carrier). Most products are shipped from Toronto facility. All orders are FOB our warehouse. UPS Tracking numbers can be emailed. Please provide appropriate email address on the purchase order.
Normal product time between 5-10 days after artwork approval. Rush delivery is also available. Please refer to product for specific time and charges.
